General
You can request your password again by clicking "forgotten password" on the login page.
On consultant's profile page you can see all their specialties. On the homepage you can use the search function to filter cosultants by particular specialties.
On both the homepage and the profile page of the consultant, you can see the availabilty by a red, green or grey dot. The red dot indicates the consultant is occupied, the green dot indicates the consultant is available and the grey dot indicates the consultant is offline. Sometimes a medium can appear offline during a conversation. This is to prevent new customers interupting the conversation between the medium and the current customer.
Everyone is unique. This means that there isn't a single consultant that is the best for everyone. One person can have a different expererience from a consultant, and have a completely different experience from another.
The help desk is for all questions that cannot be answered by a consultant. You can also post problems you may have with the site. You can email to teresa@mediumastro.com
No, the help desk is not for questions about predictions and / or readings. That is what our consultants are for.
If you are not satisfied with a consultation, you can contact the help desk via: email. We ask you to describe your complaint as specificly as possible. We will then handle the complaint.
Send an email to teresa@mediumastro.com with your technical problems. We will process your technical problems as quickly as possible and offer you a suitable solution.
Messages
When you click on inbox in the top right of the screen, you will receive an overview of your unread messages.
In your inbox you can see at the top right how many unread messages there are. The unread messages are also at the top of the inbox, above the read messages.
All your messages are anonymous and secret. Both the question and the answer. Important questions of life are always discreet and our consultants follow strict guidelines, obligation of confidentiality and confidentiality with regard to privacy and sensitive information.
You can ask any of our questions to one of our consultants. Some topics you can ask your questions about are: Wellbeing, family, love, relationships, work, healing, death, living, financial, work, emotional support and sexuality.
If you go to your profile you will see 3 check boxes. 1. Messages, 2. Readings 3. Daily horoscopes. If you uncheck all the boxes and then click on update notification settings, you will no longer receive any notifications.
If you are in the message scetion with the relevant medium you will see a purple bar with the text add photo (optional). If you click on that you can send a photo.
Photos cannot be sent via the help desk. If your photo is too large, we recommend reducing it or sending another photo.
If you go back to the profile of the consultant in question, you can write a review below. Our consultants appreciate if you do this.
When registering you will receive a free reading from us. You will also receive 5 credits to get acquainted with our consultants.
If you notice that a message is sent several times, you can contact the help desk. We will then look for a suitable solution for you.
Credits
When you click on credits on the menu at the top of your screen you will be forwarded to the page where you can purchase credits. Choose the desired package by clicking "Buy Now" on the package you wish to purchase. Then it is a matter of choosing the preferred payment method, after which the payment can be made. It is also possible to purchase credits via your mobile. You then call the number that appears on your screen and enter the code.
This of course depends on your needs. It is always advisable to buy a large package, since this is more beneficial to you
Sending a message costs 5 credits
Unfortunately, it is always possible that problems may arise when processing the payment. Customer service can help you. It is best to take a screenshot of the payment email, this helps with dealing with your problem more efficiently.
No this is not possible. Your purchase is linked to your account. Check carefully beforehand whether you are adding your credits to the correct account.
Right at the top of the page you can see the number of credits you have left. You will find this in the middle of the page.

If you go to your profile, there will be a profile removal option at the bottom. If you click on it, your profile will be deleted. Note: Do you have any credits left? These are then automatically deleted.
We advise against creating multiple profiles. You get the free credits on a profile. Multiple creation for this makes no sense.
You must be 18 years or older to use our site. Are you a minor? Then unfortunately we cannot help you any further.
Extra charges
It costs you nothing. The merchant does not charge any fees. Your purchase incurs no transaction fee, no membership fee, no currency conversion fee, no foreign transaction fee, and no other fees. Your card issuer, however, may add a foreign transaction fee if your card was issued in a country different from the merchant's, as well as any other fees described in the terms and conditions for your card.
