For almost five months, I was terrified to go to sleep, having the same nightmare over and over: I was being murdered. Every morning was the same, and it made me extremely anxious. The dream didn’t mean I would die; on the contrary! Someone told me I was going through a complete rebirth. And it’s true a major shift in my life, moving to a new region for a new job. All those unfounded fears are gone; I feel free.
